Can FullProof be used during a live deposition?+
Yes. FullProof operates as an internal attorney support system, analogous to an associate passing notes, using an outline, or co-counsel messaging during a session. It does not alter testimony or create a new evidentiary record. The official record is always the court reporter's transcript. How a lawyer prepares for and conducts their examination is within their discretion.
Does FullProof replace the court reporter?+
No. The court reporter produces the certified transcript and is responsible for the official record. FullProof operates alongside that process as an internal tool, focused entirely on supporting the attorney during live testimony.
Is FullProof's output considered attorney work product?+
Yes. The Attorney Work Product Doctrine applies. Evie's outputs (Cues, analysis, flagged inconsistencies) are generated at the direction of counsel for internal litigation strategy. They reflect impressions and strategic considerations, are not intended to be shared with opposing counsel, parties, or witnesses, and are not part of the evidentiary record.
Is FullProof trying to replace the lawyer's judgment?+
No. Evie surfaces Cues: signals worth your attention. You decide whether and how to act on them. The taking attorney controls the examination at all times. FullProof augments performance and does not replace the lawyer's instincts, judgment, or experience.

Is our data used to train models?+
No. Your documents, testimony, case materials, and AI-generated insights (case data) are not used to train or improve AI models, ours or any third party's. Each firm's case data is architecturally isolated. Your case data serves one purpose: your case.
How is data stored, and what are the retention policies?+
Case data is stored in a private cloud environment exclusive to your firm, logically and architecturally isolated from other customers. Enterprise-grade encryption and access controls are configured for legal compliance. Audio is not stored. Only the transcription is retained, and can be deleted. You control when a matter is closed and can set data to auto-delete after a defined window.

Can I run a mock deposition before a real one?+
Yes. The Deposition Prep Module includes a mock deposition tool, an AI Witness grounded in your case record that extrapolates the way a real witness would. It's most valuable for theory-testing, sequencing, and impeachment prep.
How fast does Evie surface Cues, seconds or minutes?+
Seconds. Low latency is core to the system. Voice-to-text processing and Cue generation happen simultaneously. Pre-session work and deeper case analysis takes minutes.
Does FullProof have an API?+
Yes. FullProof offers an API for firms and enterprise legal departments that want to integrate FullProof into existing workflows or case management systems. Reach out to discuss your integration needs.
What document types can I upload to FullProof?+
Evie accepts the most common legal document formats: PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text files. This includes prior deposition transcripts, pleadings, contracts, discovery productions, and any other case materials you want Evie to reference during prep and live testimony.

What types of cases is Evie best suited for?+
Evie is purpose-built for litigation environments with active deposition and witness examination schedules: plaintiff PI, employment, commercial litigation, and IP litigation. Any practice where depositions are frequent and the representation is outcome-focused.
Does Evie help when I'm defending a witness?+
Yes. Our Defending Depo module is in the final stages of testing before release. Reach out if this is a priority for your practice.
Does FullProof work in arbitrations, not just depositions?+
Yes. Evie works in any live witness examination setting, arbitrations included. The same real-time intelligence applies.

Administration

How FullProof is set up, managed, and accessed.

Who sets up FullProof at our firm?+
Setup is managed by FullProof directly. We work with the assigned point of contact at your firm to configure your environment, onboard your attorneys, and to upload initial case materials. The FullProof team provides white glove service to avoid any burden on your internal resources.
How many attorneys does a FullProof license permit?+
Your Annual Platform License covers your full firm. There's no per-seat limit on attorneys.
Can multiple attorneys access the same matter?+
Yes. Multiple attorneys can access the same matter, view prep materials, and monitor deposition records. Permissions are configurable by your firm administrator.
