I’ve been a litigator for more than 20 years.

I tried my first jury trial as a third-year associate. Witness testimony got us a unanimous verdict in that case. It taught me something important about our world: cases turn on what happens during live testimony.

Neda Mansoorian

Co-Founder & CEO

Neda is a trial lawyer, serial entrepreneur, and product builder.

She spent 20+ years litigating high-stakes cases at a preeminent Silicon Valley trial firm. As a former Chief Legal Officer and law firm managing partner, she also understands the nexus between the economics, the technology, and the practice of law.

Neda is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a member of the Sedona Conference. She is the former President of California Women Lawyers and has served as a regular adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy and deposition skills to the next generation of litigators. She has published articles on expert depositions and practice management. She has previously served as an advisor to the California Governor’s Office on Judicial Candidate Evaluations, along with serving on the CA State Bar Examiners Committee.

John is a software technology leader who specializes in building high-performance systems under extreme pressure.

As an early engineer at Yahoo and Netflix, John helped build real-time infrastructure that had to scale rapidly and perform flawlessly for millions of users. He brings deep expertise in agile product delivery, strategic execution, and building products that work when it matters most.

At FullProof, John leads the engineering discipline required to deliver real-time AI for an industry that demands the highest standards of reliability, security, and performance. His focus on scalability and quality ensures FullProof isn’t just innovative—it’s dependable, compliant, and built to meet the exacting demands of high-stakes litigation.
